How might we encourage more purposeful collaboration + deep connections between co workers in the workplace? People needs collaboration as an essential part of their work, they need to feel part of their team, being heard, know the importance of listening what others are saying and caring about the humans behind their teams, so with all these on mind I began to work.

A deck card set to enhance collaboration, connection and happy teams. Content and categories co-created with people of all kinds of teams and industries, in order to listen their needs, suggestions and dreams.
Transparency, trust, camaraderie, fulfillment, humanity and meaningful collaborative teams need dynamic strategies that enhance the potential of their relationship as a group, so I attempt to create something tangible that could support the empowerment of those concepts.
The card deck was the chosen format in order to create a simple tool that anyone could get to start taking their work relations and collaboration mindset to another level. I decided this process should need some categories: Daily reminders, Collaboration Dynamics, Icebreakers strategies and Collective Challenges, each category would have a bunch of cards with content that could help the user to practice and discover different ways to interact with their team and be a better human version of him/herself at work.
