As Senior Manager, Strategic Engagement at the San Francisco Ballet, I operate at the unique intersection of high-stakes cultural fundraising, community building, and artistic strategy. In this role, I co-lead the institution's largest annual fundraiser, the $3.6M+ Opening Night Gala, and pioneer innovative, low-overhead cultivation models for premium affinity networks, transforming high-profile cultural spaces into magical, inclusive environments. Beyond traditional development boundaries, I design strategic pitch decks that bridge the gap between cutting-edge artistic vision, high-capacity donors, and corporate giving—cultivating an ecosystem that engages patrons with upcoming projects and ideas to secure short and long-term support.

As co-founder and creative force behind OurLinks, I designed a space dedicated to the art of human connection and collective transformation. Through this initiative, I focused on creating and facilitating collective experiences, thoughtfully designed to be mind-opening, innovative, and inclusive environments for people with powerful hearts, brilliant minds, and changemakers to feel safe co-creating, collaborating, and building meaningful connections. By blending intentional event production with forward-thinking strategy, OurLinks activated an ecosystem of over 150 global changemakers and launched multiple collaborative, cross-sector projects—proving that gathering diverse networks with empathy can move a community from deep dialogue to measurable, real-world impact.

Being part of TEDx Barcelona gave me the opportunity to join and collaborate with an ecosystem of innovators, inspirational people and change agents from all over Europe. I learnt and developed tools and methodologies that TED uses to create meaningful experiences and events for all kinds of audiences.

Around 2015 Christopher Pommerening and Dr. Stephen Harris founded a Barcelona-based learning hub with an innovative model designed to create a transformational system for education. I was able to join their team with the role of Creativity and Multimedia Specialist, creating the Multimedia Change-makers program, focused on how to communicate the ideas of little activists through film, graphic design, installations, etc.

Led the design and execution of an impactful experience in Barcelona that brought together a community of brave changemakers to co-create a collaborative series of talks. The focus was entirely on turning dialogue into momentum. Sharing distinct points of view and collectively devising conscious actions that individuals could immediately implement within their own worlds. By bridging radically diverse ecosystems, the platform united leaders from Top Manta (the Union of African Migrant Street Vendors of Barcelona), innovation directors from ESADE Business School, authors, academics, and tech altruists from the AI and Crypto spaces. This initiative served as a powerful reminder that shifting the global narrative to make the planet a better place begins with empowering individual agency through deep, cross-sector collaboration.

Organizing and producing an event with a very special guest, Calixto Suarez, indigenous Arhuaco from the Sierra Nevada, Colombia. He spoke about the development of education and individual growth in the Arhuaco community. Sharing, for example, that they feel that existence and evolution essence, has to start with a basic learning about respect for the environment, human connections and individual development. Elements considered a crucial tool for the entire community to live in harmony within themselves and with The Mother Earth.

A collaborative experience co-created by more than 40 people; lawyers, artists, designer doctors, university students and children. They joined forces to build a giant heart in the middle of nature, paying homage to this organ, for being the first connection that the human being has with life.

A series of interviews (Spanish) seeks to go beyond the surface of concepts and their meanings. Through conversations with people who have deepened these concepts from their feelings, thoughts and actions. Strengthening and promoting from ideas, initiatives, projects, organizations and objectives that each listener can apply and promote in their own context and from their own perspective.
